Why do I need video?

What if I don’t have a YouTube page?
We offer web design services to create and design a YouTube page that matches your brand identity and syncs with your web presence and other marketing collateral. Your business moves fast and so do we.
Can my video be used to stream on my website?
Absolutely. We recommend it! The high definition video we create can easily be converted for use on the web, mobile or TV. It’s a great way to get the most out of your marketing dollar.
What are your video editorial policies?
We provide two editorial changes to our clients. Additional changes beyond this are subject to additional charges.
Does it take a long time to get a finished video?
Absolutely not! In fact, we produce on-line videos in 24-48 hours . We will talk with you to give you a specific timetable based on what you want to accomplish.
How many different ways can I distribute my video?
Countless ways! Our clients send presentations on DVD, stream their videos from their websites, email their video vignettes to prospective clients, embed them on social media sites, and place them in interactive campus maps.
What if I haven’t done anything on social media and don’t even have any profiles set up yet?
No problem, we can offer set-up assistance including content creation and getting the design elements you need.
What if I started social accounts and unsure if I have things setup correctly?
We can can assist you in making sure you have well-optimized content and complete profile that maximizes your leverage. If you’re looking for a fresh design, we can help you with that too.
Can I upgrade from a smaller to a larger website?
Of course! You can start out with a smaller package and then upgrade as your business evolves and your needs change. We can upgrade your web design package by adding the additional pages and features of your choice. All that would be required is for you to pay the difference in cost between the two packages, and let your project manager know the details of your new pages and features. It’s as easy as that!
Do I have to have my website hosted with you?
No. Our web design packages are stand alone products. Once the design is completed, you may take the entire website and upload it to your existing host or any host provider of your choice, or we can do this for you. If you do not have a current provider or want to change providers, we are happy to offer you your first month for only 1 cent through our affiliate hosting account.
What is your payment & refund policy?
For our design team to get started on your custom built website, you must make full payment up front. Presently, we only accept Paypal which ensures your protection as well as ours via a secure payment portal. If work has begun on your project and you decide to cancel, the maximum refund will be 50%. If your project is more than 50% completed as defined by the project manager, there will be no refund. So if any issues arise regarding the design of your site, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied with the final product.

I would like you to design my site, what are the next steps?
That’s great! The first step is to select what plan fits your needs. We have three (3) different design packages available. We can create anything from a basic informational website to a full feature dynamic site. Once you select your package, your next step is to select any other features you will need such as search engine optimization, video marketing or social media services. After you sign up, you will be contacted by a member of our design team, and we will begin the process of establishing your web presence!
Can we provide our own graphics, and do we need these items at sign-up?
We utilize your logo, images, and text to ensure that your website is exactly what you want. All we need to get started is a general idea of what you would like the site to look like. The images, logos, and text can be inserted at any time during the design process. Just keep in mind that the quicker you provide us with this information, the faster we are able to provide you with design choices. Logo design is not included in your website cost, however we do offer logo design services for additional fees. After you have setup your web design account, our client advocates would be happy to discuss this with you.
How many revisions are allowed?
Each of our packages comes with a set number of revisions. The small and medium package include 3 revisions after the first draft is provided to you for review. Our eCommerce package includes 5 revisions. When your project manager presents a design to you for review, it is your responsibility to provide a list of changes and requests. This counts as one revision, so it is important that you provide us with as much information as possible so that we can make your website exactly the way YOU want it. Your input is an integral part of the design process, and we can’t build the site without it!
Do you provide ongoing website design support?
Yes, we do! We offer a variety of monthly support Website Maintenance Packages that can be customized to fit your needs. Whether you need updates every week or every month, we will come up with a plan that is ideal for you. Your project manager will be happy to discuss these options with you!
Will you edit an existing website?
Yes, we will! If you have an already designed site but want to add one of our value added features, or just need changes and updates made, our design team can still help you. With our Website Maintenance package, we can make updates and changes to the text, images, or code. If you do not need ongoing monthly support, we would be happy to provide you with a quote for all the work you want performed. Also, most of our other services can be integrated into an existing website as well.
Do you offer payment gateway integration on eCommerce websites?
Yes, we do! Our eCommerce site design comes with everything you need to have a successful and complete online store. This includes integration of the PayPal payment gateway into your store to process credit card transactions from your customers.
How long does it take for a website to be completed?
All of our plans have a scheduled time for release provided that we have received all the text, logos, and images and revisions are responded to in a timely manner. We are proud to say that even our most complex projects are completed within 4-5 weeks.
Who owns the copyright of the designed site and elements?
Once you give the final approval for your website design, everything is owned by you.
